One of the more popular areas in the past, Narvak Hills still opens it's doors to the free lone wolves. Like much of the land around here, the area is surrounded with mountains that back up to the territory known as Sparkling Waters Valley. However, the lone bumpy hills of Narvak Hills has never been claimed and never shall. This is the nomad area where wolves come and go. Its long green grass has welcomed a lot of prey! This is the perfect place to stop for a snack or meet some others.
Roaring. Crashing. Those are two words that describe this place more than anything else. The Surge is known for its rushing, strong waters that will take anyone on. For starters, the place begins at the ocean...then a river, to a waterfall, to a small lake, and finally back to a river again. The place the Surge is most known for is the waterfall it self. Anyone and everyone can come of course! This might be the best place or the worst... It just depends who comes. The Surge is a beautiful waterfall with strong waters, but once it reaches the small lake it front of it...the water calms. A forest surrounds the place and welcomes it as well. Many animals - including wolves - find this place for water and peace.

Mountains fade into hills, the hills into plains, and the plains into deserts. This creek once ran with silver waters, fresh and pure for all wolves to share. Though, soon enough the desert heat set in and took its toll, drying up the water bit by bit. The ancient packs that once lived around its banks struggled to survive, as their numbers were large and the water was low. Tensions grew higher and higher with each passing sun that stole more of their precious water away. Soon, it was gone and the packs that lived off of it caught in a great battle right inbetween the banks of the dry creek. Blood splilled across the sand, staining it a dirty red. Those who did survive the battle did not last long, for if they did not die at the jaws of another wolf, they died at the sun's mercy, their bones left out for the buzzards. Wolves today don't dare travel here, except for the brave, or those who have an ancient quarrel resting in their heart and seek to bring blood once more to the floor of the dry creek.
This cold, pure lake sits quietly in the middle of vast marsh. This pond is brimming to the top with fish for carnivores such as weasels, coyote, and bobcat. Seemingly brave pups like to venture here and see if they can swim to the other sides. Yet legend has it that a alligator of huge proportions lays in the deepest part, waiting for an unwary pup to stumble into its massive, fanged jaws. Giant catfish also lay on the bottom waiting for prey to come, sucking it into their huge mouths. Rebels lurk here too. They come to steal pups and females from packs. So these dangers make Zaphyre Lake one of the deadliest places to enter.
Among the steepest of hills lies the cliffs, the rock faces that seem to stretch up until no end. The grey stone providing the side for the hills is unclimbable, and if you happen to be on top the fall would be fatal. Though the land is lush and green here, the place gives off a ghostly feel. Possibly it is just the wind blowing through the cracks in the stone, or there might always be the chance that it is the howling of the souls that were lost over the fall, destined forever to lie within the deep ravine between the steep slopes, never escaping.

Ancient Ruins Status: Ancient Runes | Wolven Hund - Genocide
The Ancient Ruins are based on a sort of plain. A small grassland surrounded by forestry. A river is carved across this hallowed plain, splitting it in two. On raised ground lay the remains of an ancient race of human that used their knowledge to construct a village out of stones, mud, and dry grass--other materials were used as well. A totem pole stands before the building, showing the virtues the people claimed. While mainly in ruin, some of the structures provide the perfect dens for wolves. This territory covers the plans to it's south, some of the forest to the east and west, and the ruins.
There is always a time when wolves pass away... but at the same time; us writers hate to leave behind those we've loved and worked with. So, instead of completely saying goodbye to your wolf... you may post here with any deceased wolf of yours. They may also meet other deceased wolves! There are different views everyone has on the afterlife, so I shall leave it to your creativity to come up with where your wolf is.
Many have already fallen and it is only right to come to pay respect to those who have died. Family, friends, or even admirers are welcome to visit the ghostly spirits here. They, however, may find themselves without an answer. Dark spirits also haunt these areas, so make sure you are careful... or you just might run into someone you never wanted to. This place is a misty meadow right outside of a small forest were the western lands meet the east. Fighting is not allowed in this land or even a few feet away from it... this is holy land only known to bring peace to the dead souls that live here.
Oh my, oh dear! The Graveyard is here. Okay, stupid quote done. The Graveyard is just like any other graveyard. The mist surrounds the place with a deary feel. Dirt is turned up where the other wolves had buried their dead. Some even leave flowers or small dead animals for their fallen ones. This is the place where you may post the death of your wolf. Of course, you may also roleplay their death here or their family / friends bring their dead body here to bury it. R.I.P.
